Heavy Flows Proceed With Caution

Used these pads for the first time today and was curious about the black strip in the center. Happy about the good ingredients! I didn’t have a box to read up on them because they were donated to me. Didn’t help ease the pain of my cramps, but I did notice clotting SO HEAVY it scared the sugar honey ice tea out of me. I like the wings and extra protection in the back, and although they soak up a lot,.. they’re really, really thin. I had to change them hourly. Yet, I still ended up having a major accident slip out of the back right side into my pajama pants. Love the length and the width. To be on the safe side, I might only use these pads during my medium to light days.

Excellent pads poor customer service

I love these pads and have had a subscription for quite awhile. I reached out to customer service with a simple question 10 days ago and have heard nothing back. I also earn points with every purchase but have no way to redeem them. Normally I would write to ask but I know I won't get an answer so I'll just throw that money away I guess.
