About the Product

What’s inside NannoPad®?

NannoPad® is produced using USDA standard OCS certified Organic Cotton with natural fibers that are infused with all-natural materials broken into micron-size nanoparticles. Organic ingredients have been used wherever possible, in the event that organic ingredients were not available, all natural ingredients have been used.

It contains no harmful chemicals, fragrance, deodorant, dyes or chlorine bleach. NannoPad® is made with non-toxic, fluorescence-free and food-grade adhesive to keep it steadily attached for use. 

Where are NannoPads® from?

NannoPads are designed in California and manufactured in an FDA approved facility in Asia with fair trade principles and absolute compliance of international labor law. We love seeing our staff working as happy as a woman with no discomfort!

Is NannoPad® safe to use?

NannoPad® has been tested by labs and is 100% safe for use. It contains no synthetic chemicals, fragrance, deodorant, dyes or chlorine bleach.

We have used organic ingredients wherever possible. In the event that organic ingredients were not available, all natural ingredients have been used.

How effective is NannoPad® for relieving discomfort?

Every woman is different and there could be numerous reasons that could cause menstrual discomfort. The natural elements contained in the NannoPad can help with microcirculation and NannoPad® is engineered to help with menstrual discomfort.

Given the naturality and the organic matter of NannoPad®, the results could vary. However, over 75% found effective during our user testings with women aged from 19 to 51 in different regions of the world.

Is NannoPad® vegan-friendly?

How to use a pad?

Step 1. Unwrap the pad from the packaging.

Step 2. Remove the backing to expose the adhesive

Step 3. Place the pad in your underwear with the adhesive down

Step 4. Expose the adhesive from the front of the pad to unfold the wings and wrap them around the underside of your underwear

What if I’m not a pad user?

At the moment, we don’t have tampons infused with the Nannogenic™ technology. However, our NannoPad® pantyliners contain the same amount of effective particles and you can use our pantyliners along with tampons as needed. Due to the organic matter and the naturality of NannoPad®, the effectiveness is varied and will vary by each individual. Please consult your physician and/or medical doctor for further info about menstrual discomfort and how NannoPad® works with your body.

Orders and subscription

How does the subscription membership work and what’s the frequency of renewal?

Simply go to the product page you’re interested in, select the number of boxes you would like to receive at once and add to your cart. Follow the instructions to fill out your information for payment and shipping, then submit the order. You are free to change the quantity of your subscription order, skip a shipment or pause your subscription anytime before the next renewal order processes. No charge!

We provide a renewal frequency of every 30, 45 and 60 days. You can choose the timeline that is ideal for you before checkout as advised. Please allow a few days of fluctuation due to the shipment and payment process if it’s within or near the weekends.

Can I skip or cancel my subscription? Will I be charged by doing so?

Yes, you can skip an order or cancel your subscription or change the item of renewal orders anytime before the next payment process with no charge.

How to Cancel, change the delivery schedule and content of order during subscription?

After logging into your account, you can cancel the next renewal orders by clicking "Skip" under the upcoming scheduled orders under the "Delivery Schedule" on the left side back in your customer portal.

If you wish to cancel the whole subscription, click on the “Subscriptions” on the left sidebar after logging into your account, then click “cancel". 

You also click "Add Product" on the bottom of the page under "Delivery schedule" to add a product to your upcoming renewal order. There is another "Add Product" option under the page of "Subscription" which you can add a product to ALL your upcoming orders. 

If you wish to switch the current item in your subscription, click "Subscription" then click "Switch Product" to replace your current product to something else to suit your need.

What if I need my NannoPad® earlier than my renewal date?

We got you covered! You can change the date of next renewal by canceling the current subscription under “Subscriptions” after logging into your account. Then re-submit a new order with the frequency that suits your need. If you need it sooner than 30 days, you can make a one-time purchase and delay your next renewal if needed. Feel free to contact us at support@nannocare.com for further assistance.

How to track my next renewal?

To track your upcoming renewal, simply sign into your account and you can view your renewal dates. If your renewal order has been shipped, you will be able to see the tracking numbers under your customer portal.

Can I place a one-time order?

Yes, you can! However, we are not able to provide free shipping for one-time purchases.

 

Payment and account  

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for all orders. We also accept Paypal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay for one-time purchases. For international credit cards, simply add the international billing address of your credit card to your profile and a United States address for shipping.

When will my credit card be charged during subscription?

We charge your card the day of your subscription renewal and your order process. Feel free to make any changes as needed before the day of renewal.

How to update my billing address and credit card on file?

To update your payment information, simply sign into your account. You will see an option to update your payment information under "Billing information" on the left sidebar.

 

Shipment and return

How long does it take to get my NannoPad®?

Normally it takes around 3-5 business days after your items have been shipped and it takes about 1-3 days for it to be processed (varies during holidays or weekends). We will send you an email with a tracking number when your package is on its way.

How much is shipping?

The standard shipping is always free for subscription orders over $9.99. For a one-time purchase, it is free for orders over $24.99 and the shipping rate will be $4.99 order below $24.99.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We use USPS, UPS and DHL. We might also use other shipping carriers in certain circumstances.

My shipment hasn’t arrived or the shipment I received is damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

If any of the above situations occur, please email us at support@nannocare.com. We are available Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm PST  and we are happy to sort it out with you!

How do I change my shipping address?

To update your shipping address, simply sign into your account, select "Subscriptions" then click "Edit" next to your address.

If you need to change your shipping address after your order's shipped, please do not hesitate to email support@nannocare.com with your new address. We will get your NannoPad® package to you!

Do you ship to Canada or internationally? How about APO or FPO address?

Currently, we only mail to the 48 states of the United States for now. But don’t forget to sign up to our newsletters to stay in the loop for updates about our future expansion!

Can I get my order overnight?

Unfortunately, we do not currently provide overnight shipping. However, the standard shipping only takes around 3-5 business days to arrive after the process.

Meanwhile, NannoPad® is available in 650+ grocery stores, health store, and pharmacies if you would like to purchase in-person. For real-time availability, please contact your nearest store directly.

Can I return my NannoPads if I don’t like them?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We would love to hear from you if there is any opinions or suggestions regarding our products or service. For unused products, you can feel free to share with a friend or family, or donate to your local homeless shelter.

Is NannoPad® available in retail stores?

Yes, we are in over 650 retail stores in the United States and will be in retail stores across Canada, Mexico and Europe very soon. Please check back for an updated list or simply sign up for our newsletters.
