What’s inside NannoPad™?

NannoPad™ is produced using USDA standard OCS certified Organic Cotton, together with pure natural fiber that infused with all natural elements broken into nanoparticles. Organic ingredients have been used wherever possible, in the event that organic ingredients were not available, all natural ingredients have been used.

It contains no synthetic chemicals, no fragrance or deodorant, no dyes or chlorine bleach, no fluorescent whitening chemicals. With non-toxic adhesive to keep it steadily attached for use.

Where are NannoPads from?

NannoPads are designed in California and manufactured from a FDA approved manufacturer based in Asia with fair trade principle and absolute compliance of international labour law. We love seeing our staff working as happy as a woman with no cramps!

Is NannoPad™ safe to use?

NannoPad™ has been tested 100% safe for use by labs and users. It contains no synthetic chemicals, no fragrance or deodorant, no dyes or chlorine bleach.

How effective is NannoPad™ for cramp relief?

Every woman is different and there could be numerous reasons that could cause menstrual cramps, including identifiable problems like endometriosis or uterine fibroids. In use of all natural elements with mechanism that can help microcirculation, NannoPad™ is engineered to decrease menstrual cramp without any type of drugs or medication.

Given the naturality and the organic matter of NannoPad™, the results could vary. However, over 75% found effective during our user testings with women aged from 19 to 51 in different regions of the world.

The gray coloring on the pad is right next to my body, how will that not enter or penetrate my skin if I’m wearing the pads for days and long periods of time?

The material of the dark strip in NannoPad has been tested safe and 100% non-toxic for human body by certified laboratory. It is under the cover of certified organic cotton and will not enter or penetrate human skin. During our user testings among over 250 women in different regions, no rashes or irritation has been reported while using NannoPad.

However, for sanitary purpose, we always suggest user to change your pads every 2-3 hours.

Is NannoPad vegan friendly?

Yes, NannoPads are vegan friendly!

How to use a pad?

Step 1. Unwrap the pad from the packaging.

Step 2. Remove the backing to expose the adhesive

Step 3. Place the pad in your underwear with the adhesive down.

Step 4. Expose the adhesive from the front of the pad to unfold the wings and wrap them around the underside of your underwear.

What if I’m not a pad user?

At the moment, we don’t have tampons infused with the Nannogenic™ technology. However, our NannoPad™ pantyliners contains the same amount of effective material. You can use our pantyliners along with tampons or menstrual cup/disc as needed. Due to the organic matters and the naturality of NannoPad™ with the difference of each individual, the effectiveness of cramp relief is varied. Orders and subscription

How is the subscription membership work and what’s the frequency of renewal?

Simply go to the product page you’re interested in, select the amount of boxes you would like to receive at once and add to your cart. Follow the instruction to fill out your information for payment and shipping, then submit the order. We will send you an email as a reminder before the process of each renewal. You are free to change the amount,  skip or pause your subscription anytime before the next payment process. No charge!

We provide a renewal frequency of every 30, 45 and 60 days. You can choose the timeline that is ideal for you before checkout as advised. Please allow a few days of fluctuation due to the shipment and payment process.

Can I skip or pause my subscription? Will I be charged by doing so?

Yes, you are free to skip, pause your subscription, or change the quanity of shipment anytime before the next payment process with no charge. We will send you a reminder email 2 before the process of each renewal. So that you can make your changes in time as needed.

What if I need my NannoPad™ earlier than my renewal date?

We got you covered! You can change the date of next renewal by changing the frequency under your account. If you need it sooner than 30 days, you can make a one-time purchase and delay your next renewal if needed. How to change the date and content of order during subscription?

You can make such changes under your account before the payment process of your next renewal. We will also send you a reminder email before the process of each renewal. So that you can make your changes in time as needed. If you have any problem during process, you can always contact us at contact@nannocare.com, we will be happy to assist you!

How to track my next renewal?

To track your upcoming renewal, simply sign into your account and you can view your renewal dates. If you renewal has been shipped, we will send you an email of the tracking numbers.

Can I place a one-time order?

Yes, you can! However, we are not able to provide free shipping for one-time purchase.

Payment and account  

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. For international credit cards, simply add the international billing address of your credit card to your profile and a United States address for shipping.

When will my credit card be charged during subscription?

We charge your card the day of your subscription renewal and your order process. A reminder email will be sent before payment process to provide enough time for any changes you may want to make regarding to your renewal.

How to update my billing address and credit card on file?

To update your payment information, simply sign into your account. You will see an option of update your payment information.

Shipment and return

How long does it take to get my NannoPad™?

Normally it takes around 3-5 business days after your items have been shipped. We will send you an email with a tracking number when your package is on its way.

How much is shipping?

The standard shipping is always free, except the first free box, which is $5.99.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We use USPS, UPS and Fedex, we might use other shipping carriers in certain circumstances.

My shipment hasn’t arrived or the shipment I received are damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

If any above situation occur, please email us via contact@nannocare.com. We work Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm PST  and we are happy to sort it out with you!

How do I change my shipping address?

To update your shipping address, simply sign into your account, select “Addresses" on the left menu, then you'll see the options of editing your address on file.  

If you need to change your shipping address after your order shipped, please do not hesitate to email contact@nannocare.com with your new address. We will get your NannoPad™ package to you!

Do you ship to Canada or internationally? How about APO or FPO address?

Currently, we only mail to the 48 states of the United States for now. But don’t forget to sign up to our newsletters to stay in the loop for updates about our future expansion!

Can I get my order overnight?

Unfortunately, we do not currently provide overnight shipping. However, the standard shipping only takes around 3-5 business days to arrive after process.

Meanwhile, NannoPad™ will be available in stores very soon if you would like to purchase in-person. For real-time availability, please contact your nearest store directly.

Can I return my NannoPads if I don’t like them?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We would love to hear from you if there is any opinions or suggestions regarding our products or service. For unused products, you can feel free to share with a friend or family, or donate to your local homeless shelter.

Are NannoPad™ available in retail stores?

Yes, we will be in several stores across North America. Please check back for an updated list or simply sign up for our newsletters.
